My journey into naturopathic and integrative medicine began after nearly a decade of living with stage 4 endometriosis. Two surgeries, countless hospital visits, and years of unanswered questions. Everything changed when I saw a Naturopath six years ago who helped me approach my health differently. I now live endometriosis symptom-free.

That experience showed me the power of root-cause, preventative medicine, not just managing symptoms, but truly understanding why they’re there. It inspired me to pursue a Bachelor of Health Science (Naturopathy), and to now dedicate my career to helping others feel the same.

Through my clinical work, I’ve witnessed many women suffer in silence due to shame and stigma surrounding their health, particularly vaginal and sexual health. I became deeply passionate about changing that narrative.

“Half the population have vaginas — so why aren’t we talking about them?”

This question continues to drive me. My mission is to create a safe, evidence-informed space where women feel heard, empowered, and confident in understanding their bodies, especially the parts that are deemed “taboo” and no one talks about.
